Established over seven years ago, with a focus on local art and businesses, Frame of Mind was opened by expert picture framer Mark Ingram, who has an extensive knowledge of the traditional craft and more than 15 years experience. The idea was developed with partner Rachael Walters, developing Frame of Mind Ltd as a Framing, Gallery and Gifting outlet for all occasions.
